pool not always open

i used the laundry the dryer needs a warm hug

have a laundry room but no one can use it and the ice machine is always out of ice

had to used same towels because every time we went to office they would say laundry or idk what was closed

ac was a little too loud, blinds didn't close in the bathroom and kitchen, no basic amenities for cooking and some lady was a bit rude with the parking situation

service was great the manager is very attentive there's a laundry facility on site for guests also laundry services across the street and a nice little 99

no coffee maker or microwave in the room.

i like the pool, gym, restaurant,loby, location, people, parking etc

everything was perfect very clean had a gym and pool. underground parking was a plus.

only problem i had was the swimming pool was too cold for me, even in very hot summer heat

no onsite restaurant open yet due to covid. gym equipment doesn't have cable tv connected.

complimentary shuttle within 3 miles gets you to old town pasadena, but only limited hours

service, lovely grounds and the pool is great with kids

hotel perfect for them: queen size bed girls shared, mini-golf, 'passport' that earned them a candybar and a stuffed animal

the restaurants and private dining and room service were amazing

employee was extremely nice and helpful, we enjoyed the golf, enjoying the property and the club floor

it was great to have ev chargers are the car park - it will be nice to get some fast charging options (level 2)

clean rooms, excellent showers, clean and refreshing pool, great breakfast.

liked the pool, the chaise lounges, the sun and the huge room we had

it's close to where we need to be. the laundry service is free.
