it had a laundry room on site

stayed for over a week and this location is safe , the pool is nice never crowded, and the staff was helpful

the customer service and the room was clean and they gave laundry service

site laundry facility ,quiet ,location is great 60 and 605 easy access,gas stations

like the fact that you can park up a semi truck there it's close to family that's around the

night front desk employee sexually assaulted my girlfriend while she was doing our laundry in the wash room

that they have space to park my truck and trailer

very well equipped with laundry available at level 1

i also love how they have a room for the guest to use to do laundry, get food from the vending machines, microwaves for the guest food & plenty more

no coffee maker or microwave in the room.

staff is very attentive and eager to make us comfortable and welcome, there were activities for kids, and they thought ahead regarding our personal needs for our group of 4+

shuttle service to the gardens or into town

complimentary shuttle within 3 miles gets you to old town pasadena, but only limited hours

activities like badminton and mini golf for kids is a great idea

the pool is much smaller than the pics make you believe

i got a room as soon i opened it was smells some type of spray too strong, i try to stay but my kids they got headache

the pool is quite small, and it didn't seem open when we went.

when i booked the hotel i put 2 adults and 3 kids for the two bedroom room

resort was shooting a movie, so the parking lot was blocked off as well as the lobby

can have more night lights and newer pool furniture but over all it s amazing

valet parking at 10 pm no show

old funicular on the golf course was falling apart
