the hotel itself is a micro-community of sorts, as it includes a fitness room, provides room service, has a snack bar, and has a good on premises restaurant

right there and then that this hotel customer service was non existent but for the sake of my kids we stayed why be a manager and you cannot do anything

i was also able to bring my dog (just sign a waiver and pay a non-refundable $50 pet fee)
