the swim up was a good size and just over from the main preferred area pool so was nice to have easy access to both

i had to take my kids to a different beach so they could play in a clean beach area

i had to critique, i would say the world cafe breakfast could have been better

children s water park is exclusive to the explorer club so we couldn t watch our kids play

you have to call a room service for minibar refill as they don't do autorefill when cleaning

also, the kids water park was super fun my kid enjoyed it

there are adults-only pools and beaches (and restaurants) so we don t have to listen to crying kids when we want to have some quiet time (+)of kids friendly entertainment, kids everywhere (+) toro was the best restaurant with a great salmon and kids menu (+) if you have young kids, they'd probably love the free water park (+) also, the kids water park was super fun my kid enjoyed it (-) the kids club could be a lil better compared to other hotels but they are very kind and honestly no (-)too many kids. (+)rooms were comfy, the beach was small but beautiful, and the wave barrier made it perfect for our kids (-)downside was that the lifeguard at the kids water park spent most of the time watching videos on her phone instead of paying attention, (-)could not find napkin or life guard in the kids water park when my daughter got a bloody nose
