the check-in lasted for an hour, our room wasn't ready with kids beds until i requested three times and specifically said it's needed before bedtime

sugar free mixers for all the cocktails were horrible, food was okay, gym was okay, kids club was weird - we weren’t allowed to look at the facilities before leaving our child there
