it's what we love most about bucerias — classic property, cute pool and outdoor garden kitchen, ac in the bedroom, close walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, and most of all, a

kitchen with all you need to prepare food

the room was a very good size, with a kitchen and living/dining area separate from the sleeping areas

add some more tables with the chairs around the pool. maybe some new chairs too.

to name a couple, felix, the pool concierge, and jorge, a waiter at the pool and lemongrass restaurant, were outstanding

breakfast was good, just wish they fixed sausage or bacon sometime, it was just ham everyday

additionally the food was always over cooked, even my kids didn't want to eat the dry pancakes and waffles, the limited restaurant options for

the guitar duo in the sports bar was great and we really enjoyed listening to them

is only two restaurants in hotel, which one of them open only for dinner so another one is a breakfast area, which works for lunch just with limited menu, no main course only sandwiches,

been making it a priority to hire highly trained staff and improve their amenities, restaurants, spa services, etc

the buffet breakfast is pricey at about $40 pp but you can order a la carte, which they don't immediately tell

room/suite was a comfortable size - the kitchen was sparsely equipped but adequate.

hotel with kids was attached to and shared facilities with an adults-only sister hotel

kids' club was awesome, as were the staff who worked there

there are alot of options for entertainment such as board games, ping pong, volleyball and a kids club

room service is available 24 hours and was quick to get us our order at 6 am

beach is so deep so we were not able to swim but the pool is great

that were promoted for our all inclusive stay on the website were false: *website implied 24hr room service, it was only available until 7pm for free and until 11pm at a cost
