breakfast is good quality - we tried dinner at the buffet (only restaurant) and at the hibachi

the breakfast buffet was a bit better but the quality of juventino is terrible, and there is no fresh

the guitar duo in the sports bar was great and we really enjoyed listening to them

many other hotel resorts, the music is played too loud around the pool

really the only suggestion is that you not allow people to claim space and chairs at the pool or beach by placing towels and other items then not returning for hours

complete dream, so comfortable, amazing staff, beautiful adult pool overlooking the beach

but this hotel literally had the best staff, reception, bar, restaurant, pool the list is endless

add some more tables with the chairs around the pool. maybe some new chairs too.

it's what we love most about bucerias — classic property, cute pool and outdoor garden kitchen, ac in the bedroom, close walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, and most of all, a

kitchen with all you need to prepare food

the room was a very good size, with a kitchen and living/dining area separate from the sleeping areas

if you don’t have kids don’t go there hôtel need to be refurbished big time

kids' club was awesome, as were the staff who worked there

they said i have to pay extra for the kids

eating a shrimp in the italian restaurant ( which she even spit out on her plate)and both my kids had upset stomachs and laid in bed for an entire day

the waiter with the hat on the pool was very nice and attentive

to name a couple, felix, the pool concierge, and jorge, a waiter at the pool and lemongrass restaurant, were outstanding

amenities, nice pools with very comfortable pool beds, great for families and adult only

the kids loved the water slide

because the food at the restaurants was so excellent, i considered the room service food to be lacking

coffee maker, bar fridge and bottle water in

the breakfast served was always warm and carefully curated on display

breakfast was awesome, it was the best i have ever seen in any hotel so far

lobby area and bar area was comfortable and clean breakfast in the morning was excellent

there was a big refrigerator, and the swimming pool was long, clean, and very inviting

i can’t explain how much i liked this place everything is perfect, the pool, the view is stunning, awesome sunrises next to your door

the moment you entrance the unit and see the kitchen/living room open to the outside and connects with the nature it is great, there is always

night when the pool light went on it gave my husband a lil shock of electricity

parking lots were save, because there was a door outside of the whole hotel

very loud due to music in bar below, motorcycles/cars driving by, people walking
