wasn't told about the excessive pet fee until arrival

also, i checked in and told them i had a pet and was not told that there was an extra charge

that i was charged a pet fee even though my animal s a registered support animal

the breakfast had lots of chooses was good

seemed funny because i had asked for early check in and was told it wouldn’t be a problem

us and the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable (and i have slept on a lot of sofa beds) with a bar midway down that felt like a bat to the kidneys
