problem was the grass being cut ridiculously early but i appreciate it needs to be done for the golfers

, we arrived early and the staff arranged our room before the booking in time , helpful with wifi code and arranged a table in the restaurant

room was comfortable, the food (room service) was delivered in good time and was good quality (+) room service was excellent and the staff were very helpful (+) the staff were all lovely as well as all the local people we encountered, we ordered room service which was beautiful & lovely and hot (+) hotel room was massive and so clean room service was delicious literally couldn t fault this hotel and it wasn t expensive either (+)had a lovely burger for room service dinner and breakfast had a good selection (+)room service for dinner and meal was excellent (-)only niggle was a forgotten room service order which was soon remedied with a follow up call and complimentary drink (-) please update your room service phones (+) bar, food, room service, spa, golf (+)staff were lovely - would do anything for you ordered room service- food was fabulous
