wifi free but nowhere in room to use laptop

poor parking, found it very hard to find a space straight away

location was very good, room met our needs

granddaughters loved the pool and thought their rooms were fabulous

the gym looked a little unloved and the speed of the drinks service was slower than i would have liked

i particularly like there champagne bar with its big comfy chairs and fireplace

wifi reception could definitely be better, the signal was very weak and not stable, in our room at

kids playing right outside our window in close private house garden, thin walls in our annex room,

i didn't have a chance to try the restaurant or the bar but will definitely be back.

wanted to order a smaller portion of food (a kids meal) simply because having to get up at 330am i did not want to eat too much (-)we didn't eat here as the restaurant/reception was full of noisy kids (-)screaming kids in reception road noise (+)reception crowded with screaming kids

there was a good choice for breakfast, and the restaurant team seemed to have everything under control, despite the high volume

good room and bathroom. v comfy bed and extra pillows. great to have a gym onsite

mary who checked me in and served at the bar was wonderful and very welcoming, friendly and cheerful

if i really wanted to be picky i would say the wifi was a little difficult to use as the signal was almost non existent in most areas

am maybe 11-12am the afternoon slot was so bad but like us a few adults wanted to workout in the gym them go for a swim and steam room but the pool was already full by 10am with excited children
