leisure facilities are excellent, late breakfast was great as was late check out

above it was too hard to understand staff and their priority was the bar clientele

were two bar attendants who were very busy with the clients and so it was very hard to converse with

downside for us was the absence of a private car park for this place, however there was on street parking available

i recommend the bar staff have more training -

what we needed as a family, comfy beds lots of room, shower and a bath so it was perfect for the kids

constant noise from some type of fan or generator outside the window which kept the kids up which kept me

as always only problem i had was i was on the top floor and it was noisy with doors banging and kids running around woke me up in the morning
