wonderful large (cold) indoor pool and hot tub - that was the draw (10/23/24) i'm adding the date because it took 5 phone calls

was pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast they had and didn’t see it advertised on the booking site

i had just stayed a whole week and they charged me no pet fee when i came back she went out to my car and looked at my car and saw my dog came back and

pet fee seemed high.

the only negative was the $25 pet fee, but even with that, it was a good value compared to competitors

paperwork said $20 for pet fee was charged $30 thus didn't tip housekeeping what i normally would

and front desk didnt have the right amount of people for the room and didn’t have us in a pet friendly room

and we where charged more for our pet fee than is stated on bookings we had to pay 30

as for the amenities, i could tell all the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool

laundry facilities - the vending machines ran out of detergent and its been two days now without

noisy. out room was next to laundry facilities.

with a larger family we love the double queen suites with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area and sofa sleeper

there is so much space, small kitchen with everything, sitting area, separate bedroom with a door - which was nice to have an
