everything was fine though laundry long walk from guest room with bags of laundry

room was right across from guest laundry so no privacy and large group congregated there at 1 am

permitted early check in. 6th floor head maid nice.

is open to the loft which is open to the main room, which was fine for our family (2 adults / 2 kids), but you definitely need to be comfortable with your roommates in this space

the rooms/lofts were spacious, high ceilings, kitchen, etc

the pool & hot tub was awesome! it was very clean. the room was also very clean. it was quiet

my kids and i went there to spend a night away from home where they could swim

the room was amazing in size, we loved the kitchen and how it had a stove top, the pool was amazing for the kiddos, we also loved the breakfast, waffles were a hit with the kiddos

my kids are really picky but they loved the soups

it is a very nice hotel, our kitchen had all the basics needed to prep a simple meal in room

we had our bod with us and having no pet fee was a huge plus

we needed anything nor make sure we had clean towels the manager making excuses the rates for the pet fee weren't what they said it

breakfast was good but needs to have cereal kids enjoy , rice krispies maybe

it almost smelled mechanical as if the filter needed to be changed but i suspected the next door gym or the near by indoor pool may have been factors

the staff member at the desk promptly assisted me with an early check in, earlier than i could have expected

was a cute room with a little kitchen and the size of the room was perfect
