were made to feel very welcome all the way through from breakfast in the morning to drinks in the bar in the evening, for which we are very grateful

bar prices were a bit higher than i expected, but wasn’t a show stopper

staff were amazing - especially luke in bar - great customer service.

looked after by nicky ❤️ they had live music in the bar, so a great atmosphere

she runs the bar as well as the accommodation and despite the pub being busy, was keen to check the room met our

disappointing breakfast. check out too early. no wifi in bedroom

we asked for an early check in as we were there to attend a funeral and this was immediately accommodated

i spent the evening in the bar locals very friendly had a quiz too and the lady behind the bar lottie is hilarious and she

bit noisy from the bar but nothing to worry about..

parking was sometimes a challenge in the small parking area at the back of the hotel.

need to bring your own car to be able to use spa facilities in sister hotel

no spa in the hotel, although guests have access to the facilities of the hotels s sister property

all attention to detail things) was surprised to hear we were able to use spa facilities at sister hotel, this was not made obvious when booking

staff were great (particularly reception and breakfast) and the little packs for the kids were so cute

evenings we had meals from the bar that we were able to eat in

good cask ales in the bar and a nice atmosphere in the evening
