friendly staff lively bar room clean and tidy

lovely helpful staff and a very well stocked bar

a lovely evening was spent in the bar hosted by ed and friendly locals, they made us feel very much at home

would be good to know where the rooms are relative to the pub bar when you book.

close to the train station good value for money the swimming facilities are great and best of all kids are allowed in the pool which makes it stand above most hotels as an excellent place

evening in the resturant was spoilt due to the noise of kids playing in the room next door and entering the restuarant area while we were trying to relax

the pool was a bit murky looking, but our kids loved swimming in it even though it was a bit green in colour

booking the swimming slots is easy and we always make the most of the swimming pool when we are here

it’s so nice to stay somewhere that’s nice when you have a dog, although we had to sit in the bar or lounge, this still felt so nice as these areas are lovely

the hotel is over a bar which when we stayed there was karaoke on until around 1am therefore making it very noisy

with all shops and restaurants in easy walking distance even for my mum aged 90 and free parking in the centre of shrewsbury was an added bonus
