original room was in a bad location for me to get back & forth the restaurant & pool due to handicap and the staff patiently accommodated me and got me to a room that was perfect

taking the shuttle wasn’t convenient since we were stopping on our way out

com and the site charged me for a “pet friendly” room, which was extra (on the site)

pet fee wasn't unreasonable

there’s only one laundry room for the whole hotel, located on the 3rd floor, with only one washer and one dryer
