everything was great staff room breakfast and all

staff was very helpful, especially the chef in the kitchen

it was very clean and relaxing, and the gym and the pool both looked so nice

when you did get connected, it was so slow the kids could not use a single app and i never did get my phone hooked up to it

the property also has shuttle service to get around which is very convenient

i love how all the restaurants are close enough for walking or you could take the lovely shuttle service

visit, we noticed food on top of the trash can outside the pool kitchen left from the night before, the staff was slashed, the hot tub wasn’t hot and/or not

kitchen didn’t come with pots pans nor drinking glasses

they do not service the room at all, they have a pay laundry on site and they expect us to wash our own sheets and towels as needed

having a real refrigerator and a mini kitchen. was clean and comfortable

i couldn't turn the water on in the kitchen

was better at one point when it was crosslands but it has changed and there is no bugs so far the laundry person really needs to pay attention to the laundry when folding so that

the property is in a good area, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good the room was clean.

they guy wanted to charge me more for pet fee then the room cost

and didn’t know it was a $50 pet fee until i checked into the room website doesn’t give fee amount

we felt comfortable and noted the cleaniness of the room. room service was excellent.
