breakfast could have been better

there was a laundry there

the front desk said they were out and that if i brought my used towels down she could go to the laundry and get me some, which was insane

the free breakfast and the gym

the gym was completely out of order due to renovations, and two staff members gave me conflicting

parents could have watched their kids a little better but that has nothing to do with my stay

are on a trip there it has everything you need for a short stay specially when traveling with kids

room service for dinner and breakfast was very nice

the grill and bar was not as inviting as i expected.

also, the late check out time is nice

like the fact that they served hot breakfast

the hotel has free breakfast which includes things like eggs, hash browns, yogurts, muffins, cereal, self made waffles

the rooms were clean, with a kitchen, 2 burner stove for light cooking

we did not have the breakfast but it looked good.

tv for morning news allowed us an early check in (which we needed) even though they’d had a full house from two weddings

clean, good breakfast, close to our appointment destination.

lots of variety for continental breakfast, eggs, biscuits, sausage among other things

pet fee wasn't unreasonable

com and the site charged me for a “pet friendly” room, which was extra (on the site)

the pool was smaller than expected

the gym was closed and that was one reason i chose the site

made use of the laundry on site, it was a life saver

00 extra dollars for the pet fee, when it was in my reservation information and apparently not added into the total price

manager i believe things michael and i show him the service form for the dog which way is the $30 pet fee he proceeds to tell me that there is a $40 deposit on the room for an incident fee it never

they took off the $15 pet fee, so at least they did something

it is pet friendly which was nice, i was able to bring my small dog with me, $25 pet fee

bed was comfy, room was clean, good breakfast, friendly staff

very nice, they even left the pool open am hour later since we were late checking in, and the kids were looking forward to a pool

enjoyed our suite, i came with everything you could think of, from kitchen items to toiletries

don’t know about you but i’m not paying 50 dollars a plate for something not fresh out of the kitchen

bedroom was very spacious and clean, kitchen was well equipped except for a lack of cutlery, staff was polite and professional except

middle room had the upstairs, kitchen etc so often heard guest moving around above you

i loved all of the options: pool, spa, bike riding, hikes, winery, restaurants and the fire pit

original room was in a bad location for me to get back & forth the restaurant & pool due to handicap and the staff patiently accommodated me and got me to a room that was perfect

i love the spa to enjoy all day

bedding is great. golf always fun. buffet and breakfast top notch.

was excellent dinner was awesome and the grounds and shuttle service was bomb via cadillac

we were only there overnight, it was very comfortable and breakfast was good. great value
