staff at pool and beach were marvelous

elegant, staff, lounge, room service.

i had room service only because i was ill. the prices for room service are beyond ridiculous

carpet was not vacuumed daily 4) aluminum cover around sink plumbing fell off 5) had to request room service to leave soap, wash cloths, etc each & every time 6) had to wait for our vehicle

for example- mixed drinks by the pool are very weak, and require a double shot which they then charge for

we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi because of the restrictions, due to covid19

gym needs treadmill. peloton cardio stuff. also needs simple styrofoam rollers!

didn't have a bar but everything yes was the lovely even the staff

was broken/ no bar service at some point during a cleaning one robe went missing didn’t get replaced and also

design of the room is nice, convenient gym and hot tub, when it works

i didn t eat breakfast.

this made it easy to enter and leave and the get morning coffee and the nice breakfast

it's a classy area not too far from the beach and has parking at 15 usd per 24 hrs , the breakfast is a little light but sets you up for a healthy morning start and there is free fruit

everything was excelent - nice people, good breakfast, happy hour with wine, safe area.

the lido restaurant was amazing and the team at the pool welcoming and nice

the champagne bar was super comfortable and staff there, especially the morning host(ess) were all great

family pool was closed for one of the days and was also nearly entirely shaded

door lock ( as mentioned above), which needed addressing immediately, and the mixer tap in the kitchen gave no hot water

we purchased a stain remover and a small bottle of laundry detergent and washed the sheets before we slept the first night

there is a great communal pool, gym, and laundry facilities

pool needs to be clean, debris and dead bugs were floating around

were minor overused elements… like a slanted couch-bed… and the gym/playroom needed some attention (pool table cue sticks were nicked at the tip, and there were

no dish soap in kitchen or laundry detergent. only a thin sheet on bed, no blankets.

and also there is other buses that are for free and you can go take them to go downtown, the bar is amazing, a lot of nice people, there was a karaoke in one of the bars that i loved it

a more affordable price policy at the bar would be better for who stays in the hostel
