the pool is nice and though there were other people at the hotel, it was pretty quiet

with 3 kids isn't easy and the staff at kai tulum made things as easy as possible and literally bent over

kids didn't like any food except for tortilla during lunch which was okay for them

there is no phone in the rooms and you only can send whatsapp message for any room service
