access to the outdoor pool was a wonderful bonus

because there was a maid cart in front of our room we parked our truck facing the pool to unload our stuff when another guy came out and said we had to park directly in front of our

very outdated bathroom was not in very good shape pool has not been operational for 8 years

were absolutely fantastic, the hotel is very comfortable, laundry room was a god send and the gym was fab too

the kitchen area was terrific and would be great for an extended stay

close to niagara falls,kitchenette, happy hour, laundry room, gym

with the heat all the way up the dining room & kitchen area stayed cold

delicious breakfast and nice location to ub. very kind receptionists.

love everything but the size of my room i was expecting it to be much bigger with a full kitchen meaning stove with oven and the basics

the gym had a nice selection of equiopment and the pool/hot tub were also nice

granddaughters loved the pool and playing basketball..

also, we were there on a sunday and monday and we looked into the spa there but it is closed on mondays and we got there after 2 on sunday and it was closed

the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was terrific

we had dinner at the bar, the bar tender was very nice and food was delicious!

it is walking distance to the falls, as well as restaurants, shops & the casino

very close to goat island and casino, but also very walkable to falls and other attractions

it’s also walking distance to seneca casino
