even with the taxes the location is good, parking

nothing beats being able to walk to clifton hill, especially with kids

and cleanliness, but i find the beds a bit small i wish i could move them closer because i have kids

was fine except not being able to use the spa facilities

breakfast was great and the location was fantastic.

were able to enjoy our niagara weekend with the kids

clean , well stocked, with all kitchen supplies, all dishes, pots snd pans, they had oil, salt and pepper

we stayed in a king size loft and it was so tastefully decorated with high ceilings full kitchen and massive bathroom

so i didn't go back to stay that night, and i rather stay in the casino until 7am to go back to get my stuff back

i have noting to say on this. everything was perfect. close walk to the casino and to the falls.

vending machines or ice machine in the floors, and no soap for laundry machines

breakfast was included, lots of parking, didn’t use the gym but had some good equipments

advertise having onsite laundry, no laundry detergent available for purchase

clean, modern, friendly staff , bar and restaurant on site easy walking distance to everything

everything was very good. great breakfast, location and staff.

the hot tub and spa were very relaxing and calm

the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was terrific

early check in allowed due to my elderly mother. very accommodating

it was walking distance for us for shopping, banking, falls and casinos

we missed out on the large 'bird bath' type pool due to our time of year but the staff were wonderful

full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, kettle, toaster, kitchen table, couch

is was kind of a pain to have to bring all the linens, towels, kitchen towels, all the bedding.

my daughter really liked the pool, she never got out of it, and neither did my son

cottage was amazing and so were the pools and play structures for the kids
