didn’t like the hours of the pool

were absolutely fantastic, the hotel is very comfortable, laundry room was a god send and the gym was fab too

pool could always be warmer - but it was a comfortable 84 degrees

the layout of the hotel and the room were excellent. the pool was also perfect for our kids.

the pool was warm and not too overcrowded and the hot tub was amazing

were'nt notified of pool closure. had to travel to sister location. okay but inconvenient

had a room by the laundry to large baskets of dirty lines were outside room

there was as an acrobat in the room above us, making it sound like they were doing gymnastics

was clean, well appointed with small kitchen, living room, very comfortable, we liked the king room

my kids got woken up and couldn’t go back to sleep do to them next door fighting and yelling loudly

kitchen was fully equipped with anything we would have needed if we stayed more than 1 night

that it was pet friendly. and having the kitchen is always a plus . having a plus.

is spacious, it is more like a one bed room apartment, very comfortable for family, wifi is very good

the room was huge and allowed our 2 kids to have a little space.

we traveled with kids and the breakfast bar had something for everyone

the breakfast was good

like the fact that the laundry was complimentary and there was a hot breakfast every day

the room is big enough. breakfast is good. my kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

i went with me and 2 kids

pool wasn't too warm and a bit cloudy but the hot tub was hot and clean

staff was friendly the room was spacious and nice my kids loved the pool and hot tub and the breakfast was

everyone was friendly. breakfast was good. facility was clean

pool was closed, and there wasn't a lot of breakfast choices and it kept running out so we had to

the pool was cold but the kids didn't seem to mind

perhaps providing a spray cleanser for gym equipment after use would be a good idea!
