very nice staff, awesome pool

was excellent, well cared for grounds and pool

they don t offer wifi and we loved it

we only tried deserts but they were lovely, as was the breakfast (75pesos extra for cooked) (+) top up you breakfast with some eggs, it s really worth it (-)small remark (if we must add sth): the (included) breakfast was rather basic. (-) the breakfast was more like snack and coffee (-)swimming pool did not seem clean enough to use. breakfast offering is a bit light. (-)breakfast italian style (minimum) (-)basic breakfast was included (-)very poor breakfast (+) we added eggs and beans to our breakfast and it was pretty good (-) there was a swarm of bees in the breakfast area

the eco style rooms were all separate and nestled in the jungle with parking nearby

trying to get to the el dorado plan to walk 15+ mins rain or shine because getting a golf cart shuttle is not easy

room service which is supposed to be 24x7 - took 2 hours for food to arrive

would have preferred being closer to the beach and not overlooking a water park

t just the activities at the pool area) and proper performance night shows

our daily tickets to the juagala water park which was just a mind blowing experience for our kids

service all around, was impeccable; from the kids club staff, to the ones driving the golf carts to move you from one place to the other, the

water park and cirque du soleil show were the only good parts-the kids enjoyed it

the room was close to the pool and you can see the ocean from there.

breakfast was especially good because everything on the menu was hearty and very different

it was the most unique and spacious room we have ever stayed in during our 11 times visiting beautiful mexico

loved the beautiful hotel and the surroundings, the pool area was lovely and we specifically loved lounging on the day beds

food was excellent , taco bar was out of this world

the food at breakfast was great and the a la carte menus and food again delicious

the adults only pool was fantastic and i can't wait to go back to the spa again

the waterslides are very dated, crazy golf, arcade both need upgrading as damaged and borderline

wifi goes in and out. best to face the pool. hot water runs out if you are not careful.

clean, contemporary suite for up to 4 people in a beautiful sea side neighborhood, with kitchenette and all necessary furnishings, including fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker

we loved oscar who greeted us and showed us around on our first day and our breakfast server manuel

the beach is a 25 min walk or a 5-10min wait for a golf cart plus another 5-8 min journey to the actual beach

even after its renovation, pool decks were dirty and cracking, the overall feel of the property is worn and tired

their work is fantastic the swimming pool in the villa are very well heated, it is a pleasure to get into the water

the property was huge, but we were able to get around with bikes that came with the room, and golf cart transportation service was always available
