laundry has no soap available and you have to pay 10 bucks to do one load of washing

i should buy towels in walmart and wash it in laundry

staff didn't aware us that the laundry and the kitchen would not be available must of the days of our stay

it was very hard for my young child to be in the pool as there were older kids not respecting their surroundings

my kids and i both had space and i was able to get my work done

our kids were so excited to have their own room that my hubby and i actually had alone time haha

it was a long walk from our hotel to the connected outdoor pool

everything else was quite good. there were a lot of family gatherings for kids to use the pool.

during the pandemic, we can understand that no swimming pool is available, it was a pity.

we liked everything: greeting at the reception, the room

room was extremely spacious with large sofa, writing table and kitchen sink area too

we used the free 24/7 shuttle service to catch our early flight and the shuttle was early but left on time as promised

negative is that there is no dishware and not a single item of cutlery in the suite, which is a kitchenette

room was spacious, clean with unexpected but most welcome facilities eg fridge, microwave and kitchen sink

they have a pool and a well stocked gym for people who are jet lagged and wake up early or can’t sleep

they have a shuttle that runs back and forth from the airport from r3 on the ground floor and departures

great swimming pool and a nice area while waiting for a departure flight

really liked the location and the shuttle to the airport

great room. shuttle and staff were very good. great value your bucks.

the slide wasn’t opened all the hours so when our kids had a break the slide wasn’t always open

breakfast was really good. lots to choose from. nobody should go hungry!

the pool and the gym are good for small children too

bed was extremely comfortable, spa bath in the room was nice but a little smaller than i was expecting, and the jets aren’t very
