place was run down and did not feel comfortable to stay with my kids there for the lack of cleanliness

were able to accommodate all 6 of our family and appreciated the full kitchen with all the utensils and even a dishwasher which helped as we left early for the airport

a kitchen oven to cook on and a table to sit at and play cards on with friends was awesome

the kitchen was well appointed, and the ice maker in the fridge was a welcome bonus

everything was excellent, but one of the tvs in the kids room was not connected so they couldn't watch their favourite shows

guest laundry, even though the washing machine only had one choice of cycles and water temperature

the bed and location, liked the vending and laundry services, liked the view, when i made a booking mistake it was easy to

tiny towels. my room was next to the laundry and ice machine., so a bit noisy

i had a room near the laundry room it was supposed to close at 9pm but laundry machine was still running at 11pm

bed when we asked we got sheet stuffed into a pillow case even though we noted that we had two kids so the pull-out bed would be in

none of the tvs worked so traveling with kids was difficult

gym was small with less facilities, there is no restaurant, just a breakfast and light snacks cafe

hotel was very clean, facilities including the pool and gym were newer and in great condition

two comfortable queen beds and a double sofa bed accommodated our three kids and us well in one room
