in the house / area, so we could not make calls or send/receive smses but i managed to connect to wifi

wifi connection was sometimes unreliable

parking is on the road nearby and the house is accessed via a very steep path

free wifi was available at the property but did not always work

no key to the actual room but a special kitchen area and lounge is 2 floors down

kitchen should be more cosy

i didn't cook in room as preferred the communal kitchen for it's pleasant space

clean and tidy bedroom, well organized kitchen, kind and helpful host. everything was perfect.

you need, very big room with kitchen, flat screen, netflix, great roof terrace, great host,

the roof top bar not being ready. would have marked it a 10 otherwise

it is just opened some facilities were not open yet like the rooftop bar and the swimming

nice gym

gym is small but well stocked with weights if you like those types of workouts

service, cleanliness, gym facilities and proximity to beach

nice service, helpful staff, stylish, large room, excellent breakfast with fresh and carefully picked ingredients

there is also a self serve bar in an outside room on the roof that is always open to guests

the terrace and honesty bar was a nice touch

+ location: central, yet quiet + spatious rooms + breakfast + wifi

strong wifi signal, coffee in the room

wifi was a bit slow. there is no parking facility

no access to the terrace and a swimming pool would be perfect!

terrace on top of the building was 'closed for refurbishment' so there was nothing to do,no pool,no sun loungers

was nice but don t see how it s classed 4 * , no bar , restaurant ,pool etc

breakfast was fresh and plentiful, staff were amazing. peaceful location, felt very welcome

fsns great but the location was perfect pools good the apt had front terrace was great for the kids and very

lot of the times, room not thoroughly cleaned from last people's stay ,lack of entertainment, no kids club, our room had plaster from walls flaking off onto floor ,bed very uncomfortable for

conditioning not very good, food at dinner time not much choice and snack bar not much choice either

have been nice to know ahead of time that the area with smaller pools, hammocks and double sunbeds was a club and that you have to pay extra to stay in there

bottled water in the room was not included and the only way of getting it was by paying at the bar within their opening times

spent an amazing week, all the hotel staff from the reception to the maids, cooks, bar staff and everyone else were great, helpful and accommodating, the location was quiet which

good access to the beach, friendly staff, good selection of food for breakfast and dinner.

all staff were friendly, food and dring was of a good standard and lots of choice, swimming pool was lovely and clean

excited about the trip and then felt let down when there was no tennis court as advertised, the pool was cold, there was one slide in an old tired playground

hotel has thought about the safety of guests by putting artificial grass around the pool to make sure no one slips and hurts themselves
