parking is on the road nearby and the house is accessed via a very steep path

in the house / area, so we could not make calls or send/receive smses but i managed to connect to wifi

for a comfortable stay

great selection at breakfast. always fresh. relaxing atmosphere and great service from all staff

the facilities are great and not too far apart so it’s easy to keep an eye on your kids!!

the pool is nice, the lifeguards make sure that there are no early “reservations” of the poolside

two treadmills of the 3 were not working and gym was busy.

breakfast was great and the adult only pool is relax and not crowded

the rl pool is a must as this is not crowded

the beds were really comfy, the room spacious, the breakfast tasty with lots of choice and most of all the staff who were friendly and went out of

the ladies that did the room service were so friendly and got the room ready every day, very quick and very clean

you have small kids the water park is great as long as you don't look at the water

i was worried that as a couple with no kids it wouldn't have been very suited to us, but it was perfect

all-inclusive deal i would have wanted free popstickle for the kids during the day

didn’t work there usually (chef didn’t know how to prepare dishes on the menu, people at the bar didn’t know the menu) breakfast buffet dramatically declined in offer and quality, etc

bonus points for getting to enjoy the pool and showers after checking out – that was the icing on the cake

hotel is excellent, staff are polite and professional, really lovely pool bar with exceptional views and food is great too

there is a gym and a spa and also an outdoor bar with lounging area which is stunning

you provide it at breakfast, do the same at supper

no attractions for kids except tiny playground

gym opened the same time as breakfast, would have liked the gym to open an hour before breakfast as

the pool was lovely and the gym had some decent equipment

there are shallow water area in the swimming pools for kids, which is really nice

i didn't cook in room as preferred the communal kitchen for it's pleasant space

the kitchen/diner was downstairs with free use of the facilities and a good store of breakfast items

you need, very big room with kitchen, flat screen, netflix, great roof terrace, great host,

kitchen should be more cosy

the maspalomas dunes nearby are breathtaking

we didn t end up using the spa although it looks unreal, we tried to book in today as it is cloudy but the spa is fully booked
