breakfast was very good. hotel location was superb on the harbour front
the breakfast was lovely and the bar area was lovely
bar is lively, full of friendly people in an other wise quiet town
could have served food in the bar at night.

breakfast and dinners here are excellent and room was very good
the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, with plenty of options
the bar is so atmospheric and there is plenty of lounge space either in the library, the expansive hall
were greeted with a warm reception and a guided tour of the restaurant and bar before being shown to our rooms

we enjoyed the spa facilities during our stay
weren t made aware of the ferry shuttle ahead of time which would have been nice but we did happen to find it and appreciated the
good kids indoor play facilities
the play barn was fantastic for kids, enough to keep them occupied all afternoon and more

liked the timed pre-ordered breakfast as this cut down on waiting times, something we found difficult in other locations

the bar attached to the lagg has a lot of character, games area & wonderful gardens
friendly staff, warm, welcoming hotel, lovely food both breakfast and evening meals
