great indoor pool and restaurant

it didn’t bother us but made me paranoid that my kids were being loud

they have a laundromat, vending machines, gym and a really nice looking store

had a huge bar selection in the dining room and dinner was more than fantastic

my kids loved the indoor

full kitchen had all we needed

restaurant and bar on site and

the spa tub was a bonus! our room was so quiet,we slept very well!

we were not only pleased, but so pleasantly surprised by the unique, wood furnishings, & complete kitchen big enough to cook holiday meal

room was very large and included a kitchen stocked with everything to prepare and eat a meal

most important the parking for truck and trailer

there are no amenities such as gym or pool.

the rooms are clean, they just added new beds (which are soooooo very comfy), they have hbo, wifi, a mini fridge and microwave (-)the wifi was bad (-)ice room was locked during the morning. wifi didn't work. (-)wifi did not work (+) nice newer flat screen tv with a lot of channels, wifi worked (-)wifi did not work and the staff ignored the complain (-)highway noise was excessively loud, the bed was too soft, and the wifi never connected (-) the hotel staff was courteous enough to reset the router, but the issue was not wifi signal, but the internet itself

the next morning i couldn't unlock that room with ice and vending machines, and laundry

the only negative was the pool was not in use

there also did not used to be continental breakfast and the pool never worked

breakfast was amazing and the rooms were very clean. staff was accommodating and kind.

the location is great. the breakfast was good.

that the spa closed to early, not open early... they explained why.

the spa was out of order my entire stay and looked like swamp water so it had been out of order quite

pool and spa had so much chlorine that it burned the eyes and i couldn’t enjoy going and relaxing super

the breakfast, while basic, was good- waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, and cold cereal,

the gym was closed, and the pool was outside, and i suppose they didn't have it heated.

the dining staff greeted us each morning of our stay and the selection in the breakfast meals was great

the grounds are kept nicely and a pool to enjoy

it also has a cozy bar with a large fireplace, and the rooms have individual patios

that is so respectful of the environment; however, it would be nice to have a bar of hand soap at the sink

easy well lit parking, laundry was reasonable and dryer works

maid service was great! liked having laundry available and free coffee all day, too.

room was clean nice view walking distance to gas station, target, subway they have laundry

a drug straw in the waste basket in my room and a drug needle in my cloths from the dryer in the laundry facilaty

price of laundry is a little high other than that no complaints

ease of getting early check in time. the staff were very accommodating.

enjoyed the in room spa tub a lot for an old man who has had numerous surgeries

towels from housekeeping…housekeeping never came and we had to get fresh towels and coffee bar restock items from the front desk ourselves

the pool was fun for the kids.

the swimming pool was too strong with chlorine. it was making the kids cough and hard to see.

usb ports, toilet broke no maintenance on site, we had to change rooms, pool water was low and cold

pool was over run by kids. trouble with my reservation but it was resolved in the end.

since we were there for several days, it was great to have access to a laundry
