kids said their fold out beds whilst not uncomfortable were not the best, but this certainly

parking may be difficult if it got any busier but we were lucky that there was one space left after

popular with locals so parking can be a bit tight early evening

the staff in the morning at breakfast were efficient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble

breakfast the next morning was lovely with a great selection on the menu

rooms with 2 armchairs often overlooked in other rooms, great bed cosy bar area, good food, fresh milk for teas and coffees

the restaurant and bar are exceptional for food, drinks and service whether it be breakfast or dinner

get a drink at the bar after our meal, only one member of staff on doing cocktails so we gave up and went to bed

swimming pool is an bonus when you are with kids

it is set in lovely grounds and views over the golf course and surrounding rural area

the swimming pool facilities was for 18 years and above but it was one of our tick boxes as the kids love swimming so much

kids love the pool and there is lots of places to visit within a 30 min drive

would have liked a smart tv to watch catch-up, etc. also, the wifi needs to be faster

decent sixed rooms and beds, very clean bathrooms which was lovely to see and a kitchenet which was a nice size and centre of the house which was nice

it is shared accomidation with common kitchen with untensils left in the sink for a wash

property consists of 5 bedrooms (3 double and 2 twin) 2 shared bathrooms abd a small kitchen

additionally it's also right next to mcdonald's which the kids loved and was convenient
