we booked a few days here to get away and play some golf and ended up staying 2 extra nights it was so good

i would say this was limited as we had some issues with almost everything. parking was adequate

fact that 10-year-old children can't use anything except the pool, up to 16 years old, when it's a family vacation

location beside entrance to the object near swimming pool, got noisy with door closing and opening by early

pool and all of the facilities were amazing

45am door knocks, a man enters, shouts cleaning, leaves, kids running up and down outside the door, door knocks

was a noise that started in the morning from around 7 until 9 am we must have been close to the laundry room so

receptionist kindly rebooted the router to solve my wifi problems

the bar is badly laid out you are either faced away from the tv or looking into other guest's faces ,

also there was no price mentioned for the laundry service, so upon check out

from the laundry/kitchen which was only noticeable when the windows were open

massive family room for two adults and two kids

our room was directly above where the staff had a smoke break and the laundry was done for the hotel we could

gym is very well equipped and i loved the spa room is very comfortable and so

no swimming pool for the kids

check in to checking out we were treated so kindly from all staff - reception, kitchen, bar, and spa

disappointed the golf course was closed as we have played golf on all our previous visits ?

the beautiful reception area with the fireplace decorated and fire lighting, even though it s not a real fire

tea & coffee making facilities in the room, altough in fairness they did say room service was available

hotel, warm pool,lovely health spa,delicious food (breakfast and bbg restaurant) very helpful, friendly staff(
