the lovely attention in the bar where i sat with my book for a few hours, the extensive and healthy breakfast

lovely walks around the house, tennis courts, a great bar with inside and outside seating, charming rooms and

tea & coffee making facilities in the room, altough in fairness they did say room service was available

t like that i couldn t take a plate of breakfast to my room myself they said i had to get room service for

the room service food was lovely, but it had very limited options and it did come

swimming pool area needs a refurbishment and changing rooms are very small

breakfast time couples should be seated away from families there was ample space for this so no

wifi was patchy and kept failing, the rooms could probably do with an update

the floor manager in the bar was able to get me a great seat to watch the golf and have my dinner

our room was directly above where the staff had a smoke break and the laundry was done for the hotel we could

facilities and dining options are great and there is plenty of parking.

was a noise that started in the morning from around 7 until 9 am we must have been close to the laundry room so

breakfast, location is amazing, great walk at the promenade and park nearby with an outdoor free gym

it was nice they run a kids club which the kids loved

we had breakfast room service which was great, only 4 pp extra, breakfast was sufficient but not 5star

maybe the addition of tomatoes or hash browns to the breakfast but not a big deal

room service was unavailable even though we were told when checking

the suites are a 2 min walk away from the pool and treacy hotel

no wifi in the slaney suites but available in main hotel

beautiful grounds and golf course. 2 excellent restaurants with great food.

everything in the spa is spotless and very well maintained (swimming pools, sauna, steam room) and comfortable

the lounge area was so relaxing, our favourite place to be was the geo thermal pool though, for some reason

helpful staff, modern apartment the kids loved it, netflix on the telly helps

although the hotel isn't far it was very inconvenient leaving one of us with the kids outside while the other

food wasn't great ...a lot ofor kids running around till 10pm

parking a bit of a nightmare, only a few spots available ,had to park a few streets away.

swimming pool wasn't open to hotel guest until 2pm on saturday because of swimming lessons

room superior was excellent spacious, loved tv on ceiling and headphones for kids table fridge and

our rooms had a very nice view of the river and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool

a little more on the room service menu....

the bar food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing

the beds were clean, the laundry was clean, the floors were clean, the bathroom was clean so the smell wasn't

were extremely friendly and particularly good with kids

the location is perfect, the room was comfortable and clean the food at the bar was excellent

no much view from the room. wifi didn't work in the room.

portions for a 11 euro adult meal were worse than a kids pancake meal for 4 euro

the location by the river slaney. the gym and pool are also excellent

the only thing i could suggest for this hotel is providing an out of hours room service serving sandwiches or

superb gym facilities but sadly not used - next time

of the hotel that generally is unused, it was in a sort of basement and we had to pass trucks of laundry to get

location, parking, excellent wifi, excellent staff first class hotel, bar snacks excellent, and restaurant great

highly recommend this hotel the staff were very attentive food was lovely, especially the breakfast lots of

we waited for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the reception, the dirty laundry was left out all the

sleep because of a constant low background noise from around 4am maybe from fans or nearby hotel laundry

the room was simply terrible beside the laundry and boiler room i will never stay there again

and walk down two flight of stairs without towels as we had to wait for towels to come back from laundry

four-star hotel without laundry facilities

i would expect a hotel like this to have at least room service, in fact that was why i paid the extra cost of

the 2 girls that checked us in had time to speak to the kids

staff where absolute brilliant including gym staff and hotel was very clean

the pool is great and the outdoor playground and mini golf is fun for the kids

welcoming staff, who had arranged an early check in for our group who were attending a wedding later that day

in our room would have received two bottles each day and you would have had twice the amount of laundry - all

wifi not working and even though the facilities are posted as being open till 9

the pool area was so clean and warm changing rooms spotless lots of hair dryers

debbie lovely receptionist got a very early check in breakfast is superb

excellent restaurant with best kids menu

from the laundry/kitchen which was only noticeable when the windows were open

also there was no price mentioned for the laundry service, so upon check out

irish breakfast was great

superb bar food. the best steaks we had on our trip. very good breakfast

lovely, happy peaceful stay and shout out to kim at the spa who was excellent and really tailored the treatment
