the indoor pool was super clean and had lots of seating

beautiful new hotel nice pool bar and restaurant. comfortable bed and nice room.

parking is a little tight

the new clean facility.. very well lighted parking lots.

only negative thing was the bar very, very limited on what could be offered as far as adult beverages

very early the next morning, several housekeepers were congregating at an obvious storage/linen laundry closet

the pool was very nice. there was food close by for dinner. breakfast was nice.

all need thicker barriers between rooms, the room above us had kids running crazy until 2am which kept us all

professional staff, clean pet free smoke free accommodations, great breakfast and fast wifi.

i finally had to call the hotel and the guy answered, said he was doing laundry and couldn't hear the buzzer

hotel should base the pet fee on the weight/size of your pet.

my husband could activate the wifi, but neither my phone nor ipad would connect

quiet and had a cafe and pool was nice

the heater/ac unit is quite noisy, and the laundry area is very noisy too

the breakfast bar was exceptional, a good variety, well prepared hot food, and well staffed

the breakfast was great with a big selection!

again, a pleasant, clean, pet friendly and cost efficient stay by the best western network of hotels

everything was good especially the breakfast and quietness very peaceful

if covid 19 hadn t happen would have love to enjoyed the pool

the cinnamon rolls at breakfast delicious and worth every calorie

the spacious room and the facilities such as laundry and full kitchen made us really relaxed

pool or laundry like the tru hilton in florence sc we were disappointed
