wifi was weak or inconsistent

in the town centre, wide room, wifi

we booked this one as we thought (wrongly) we would want to be central with the kids

the wifi was very inconsistent which was a huge inconvenience.but the staff was really nice

the pool ,not about the shape or design that's great ,it's just the keeping of it ,to me it should of

well as my fave at the restaurant ansha who was so sweet and mary they both were inviting during breakfast and

the hotel is only a 15-20 minute walk (or free shuttle) to malgretoute beach, a beautiful, semi-secluded black

special mention to alex the bar man for his wonderful specials

of paint would do wonders and particularly in our cottage they really need to change the small kitchen

we loved out little cabin with the outdoor pool and shower

one getting around & to the property would be challenging as you would need to rely on their shuttle service

the pool and the whole room was perfect

finally, understand that if you book the sanctuary rooms you will have no pool and there is no pool on site

only thing i would have wanted was a floating breakfast to dine in the pool

at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible

staff at the beach bar can get tired if you order too much

the villa we stayed at, ocean view pool villa was extremely spacious with stunning views

the rainforest spa was amazing

everything from the lighting, to the beachfront access to the heated pool was beautiful

pretty much anywhere on the property was spectacular - from our balcony, while dining, at the pool, in the

views, food, and spa treatments are amazing, but the friendliness and the customer service the staff had was

the bar does not serve any bar snacks and the hotel doesn't offer room service and being in a secluded difficult

wifi is too spotty. breakfast could be better given the spectacularness of the other meals!

ann was really helpful in giving us directions and advice around parking, where to visit, eat etc

we had a great view, with a spacious suite with a full kitchen, 1 1/2 baths with 2 sinks in the master bathroom

with two kids we can t remember such a good experience and such a nice family property to relax and enjoy

guest services: - we had ants in our room, throughout our stay - had a crack on the mirror of the bar area -

we used the laundry service and they lost half of our items

the outlets in the room i couldn't connect the iron had to call room service

room service took a lot of time and the food was not so good

in, which wasn t a problem for us as fellow brits, but you may tire of the footy on some of the bar televisions

been there for 8 times i liked everything, some of the staff in the spa were not very helpful on the front desk
