been there for 8 times i liked everything, some of the staff in the spa were not very helpful on the front desk

loved the many pools and variety options of restaurants

we ordered room service breakfast (don't bother any other time) and it was great the first time

the breakfast was delicious especially the local foods

the breakfast was great the location good except walking up and down the steps.

plenty of different pools, gym, spa, and other facilities to practice several sports, including a massive 60m

we used the laundry service and they lost half of our items

spacious, well equipped apartment, away from the busier pool area and very helpful and accommodating hosts, in

pool area didn't get a lot of sun this time of year as the villa is north facing in the bay

to noon snack options were difficult so you had to make breakfast or wait until noon lunch at the beach restaurant

only thing we would have liked was a microwave in our room for our room service food and leftovers from our

spa was dirty and i was put in a room at 3pm with no aircon

beach bar and restaurant not open at night. bumpy road down, but that s charming

service to cabana on beach or by pool was very much appreciated

at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible

staff at the beach bar can get tired if you order too much

only thing i would have wanted was a floating breakfast to dine in the pool

the pool and the whole room was perfect

finally, understand that if you book the sanctuary rooms you will have no pool and there is no pool on site

the wifi was very inconsistent which was a huge inconvenience.but the staff was really nice

we booked this one as we thought (wrongly) we would want to be central with the kids

our special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at the reception, room service, the waiters, cooks, drivers

of paint would do wonders and particularly in our cottage they really need to change the small kitchen

wifi was non existent in our cottage , water was off in the morning, building work woke us up at

use of cling film on the room service dishes when they refer to themselves as an eco

breakfast especially i felt like since it was complimentary it's like give them what we have almost

the room (house) that i was in was very spacious and had its own private pool

the hotel is beautiful, each room has their own pool and butler

everything from the lighting, to the beachfront access to the heated pool was beautiful
