the room was one bedroom with a separate living area which overlooked the outdoor pool

check in and breakfast couldn't find the wifi password anywhere and no reply to messages not many staff at all

place to stay and the fact you can take your pet is awesome, i was late booking so there was only 1 double room

we really liked our room, especially the outdoor private patio & a good wifi signal

really lovely stay with the plus of a well stocked bar and evening dining

fan running all night, a pet hate of mine in hotels

had a wonderful and relaxing stay here the room was large spacious and the spa bath had a tv, had a fabulous

first room was noisy as close to laundry room but moved to another quieter room with no problem the second room

the price, a small fridge in the room and access to laundry facilities would have been appreciated

there was an extensive amount of laundry in a bay outside my window

a room which had all the dirty laundry stacked directly outside our window

concept: teepee, books and toys in the room, the train going around the room in the bar, the kids menu at the

rooms, scruffy walkways with laundry/rubbish piled up visible to guests, some scruffy decor in room despite

45 pm just outside my widow & i was awoken at 6am by laundry wagon loading/unloading trolleys for about 45

room overlooked the laundry so very noisy very early but other than that, it was great

room changed to was much bigger but area filthy and dirty laundry thrown

it was noisy outside, there was laundry being delivered and distributed from early morning and multi people

would have been helpful to be told on arrival about the laundry availability.
