wifi working but not very good

it has parking and the ac worked well.

also, the wifi sucked

cold water, loud party at the pool until late in the night with no intervention from hotel staff, laundry service

even when there are just couple of kids inside, it sounds like there is a hundred of them

was a very busy weekend and as such the pool seemed a little cloudy and could have done with more cleaning

the restaurant and bar staff change the tv to english music when they can without being asked

additionally the hotel was very loud from road noise and pool goers

the hotel is relatively small with one big pool for everybody and one for the kids

the kitchen was close for two days the pool was closed for cleaning and i watched them clean and scrub

snack bar food was not good.

was pretty good for the price, beach club was nice, nice beach as well and decent enough pool

it was a great place to stay, the pool is always clean and is safe for the kids

breakfast did not open until 7 am which was fine , but no access to coffee earlier than 7am is a

very comfortable beds. breakfast is buffet with plenty options. mexican food.

my last visit the guest washing machine was broken, but we took a taxi to a local laundry (mina's laundry) and

also, the hotel has a washer and dryer that you can use to do your laundry, which was a huge help to us

laundry was done perfectly in just 5 hours

free parking. great location.

very poor facilities, service, horrible wifi and very loud.

only problem was the construction going on with construction workers right over the pool area

wouldn't use the pool for fear of something from the construction sight following on top of you

the wifi was extremely slow. needs to be upgraded.

very good breakfast at that small restaurant by the pool and very good service from the girls that attend it

missing soap, towels and it was made up as a hurry up, not a good start also, i used the watch laundry service

it didn't have mini fridge like i was hoping and the laundry service wasn't available

we needed laundry done, they provided me with the phone number but after multiple attempts i couldn't connect

only didn't like when wifi cut off because it was my form of communication back home but other than that it wasn

the spa was not worth it

we didn't do the all inclusive package, so we only ate breakfast at the resort

eddie was our pool side server for 2 days and we ate at el a patio a few times

24 hr room service was awesome

there weren t enough pool chairs and people were running around trying to steal chairs
