missing soap, towels and it was made up as a hurry up, not a good start also, i used the watch laundry service

it didn't have mini fridge like i was hoping and the laundry service wasn't available

heated pools and just a relaxing experience over all

the rooms were sparkling clean, the on-site restaurant was fabulous and our private dunk pool was superb

my last visit the guest washing machine was broken, but we took a taxi to a local laundry (mina's laundry) and

also, the hotel has a washer and dryer that you can use to do your laundry, which was a huge help to us
