a little expensive for the accommodation people parking in ev slots when they are not actively charging their

average sized room, convenient for plymouth, very helpful and friendly reception staff, nice golf course ( but

wet room as opposed to shower cubicle which was difficult to manage with kids

mowing the golf course at 6:40 - keep your bedroom window closed :-)

bathroom in our executive room was tiny, we were right next to the laundry room so at 7am on sunday morning we

like your welcoming, all facilities, swimming pool, spa, breakfast, room services and all staff helpful

only downside was the lack of information on room service and how to go about ordering etc, very unimportant

were put in the rooms outside of the castle which was disappointing, rubbish and laundry from previous guests

building is amazing, first class service and immaculate throughout the hotel and grounds, ample parking and if

main bar area can feel a bit awkward when it s quiet

nowhere to walk/run without getting in car although golf course adjacent is easily

all the staff from night checkin lady, the gym lady and the two ladies at breakfast were just so warm and

large room superb facilities. unfortunately too tired to use them. breakfast good. free parking.

we stayed there with two kids only for one night but they accommodated our slepping arrangements perfectly

staying here super friendly and helpful as i required a late check out super smooth comfy stay would recommend

also on a similar vein my room must have been close to the laundry room, because i put some of my things on

the room seemed to be above or close to the laundry and you could hear it most of the night

bar and restaurant provided excellent quality food and drink and despite covid_19 there was an

lovely views, very comfy beds and breakfast was delicious. bar prices very reasonable too.
