dominick at night was very helpful when i was taking care of laundry at night

only stayed 1 night as we were travelling - laundry was excellent, room and bathroom very clean and comfortable

breakfast very good and varied and particularly found the coin laundry useful, as we were running out of clean

i enjoyed swimming in the pool

bed was super comfy, breakfast hit the spot.

a bunch of kids hockey teams there and they were loud all night long and playing hockey in hallways all day

didn t use the pool but it looked well kept

the room was comfortable and had a small living area plus a nice kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and

we were pleasantly surprised with the cute small kitchen

was perfect for longer stays having a closet, a cooktop and dishwasher in room, access to free laundry, and free

everything was perfect i especially loved that there was laundry facilities at no charge

expanded breakfast menu.

i loved the hospitality, availability of pool and laundry. rooms were very comfortable.

pool, workout area, the free breakfast, computers, ( to break into others rooms) and the laundry without payment

when we asked for another towel, the desk clerk said she was doing the laundry and would bring them when

the hotel itself has large-sized rooms, highly professional staff, a restaurant and bar, and a mezzanine area

downtown utica is not great but parking was ample and very well lit.

anyone can enter the parking lot and dit at their patio seating even if they aren't a guest

staff was amazing and the employees who put out the food for the breakfast were so nice the breakfast was

i used the gym which was small but good and they do have a heated pool, which i did not use, but would have if

breakfast very good

they even had a special breakfast ready for the runners

we didn t use the fitness center but the pool was great if you are traveling with children

-healthy choices; room clean and beautiful, bed and pillows very comfy; outdoor fire pit; indoor pool and workout

as a stop during car travel on i90, surprisingly good breakfast and nice facilities (gym, laundry, pool)

i was near the ice machine their laundry machines and both were noisy all night

the staff must smoke in the laundry as the towels we're so infused with smoke you could not wipe your face on

the free wifi was inconsistent at best

clean, everyone was polite. they kept the parking lot and sidewalk clear of all the snow.

was a snowy day, the parking lot needed to be plowed, got stuck trying to move in it, had to shovel my way out
