4g very difficult to get a signal in the lounge area especially i know most hotels provide wifi but i think the

wifi didn t work in our room (must have been where it was located) although it did work in other

when we checked out, we were held up for 15 minutes while laundry was delivered and picked up

many hotels have said they are pet friendly but we have still felt 2nd class but not here 1st class all the

bed was not comfy, the phone for room service didn't work, when i called from my phone no one answered
