liked the cleanliness, laundry stock and the receptionist was approachable and pleasant.

everything was fantastic and staff was amazing colleen the bar woman was brilliant at cocktails

no information in the room what so ever, had to guess reception number to find out if room service was available

fantastic hotel especially for families so much to do for kids we got a fantastic room breakfast was excellent

lovely selection for the breakfast buffet, wonderful coffee and really great to get used of the pool, jacuzzi

as for us we enjoy all the family fun and kids love it

was packed, great atmosphere, there was a big dunnes right across the road from the hotel and the bars and

our rainy day in was comfortable and restful with the nibbles from dunnes across the way room service was quick

parking was limited so we had to search a bit for parking late at night when we returned from a

my room to check out, the cleaning trolley was blocking the corridor together with bundles of laundry which i

were very warm and stuffy no air con in the room/apartment also a kitchen was empty no utensils to

but great facilities, we had a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and sitting room

hob in kitchen but couldn't use it as no pots/pans

cleaners had all full with laundry and rubbish

they lost some of our clothes when they did the laundry

when we put do not disturb on the door the housekeepers left us a laundry bag with fresh towels and toilet

liked how the staff left us clean laundry in a bag out side the door, when we had the do not disturb sign

i used the laundry service and everything worked out well

both days there was a large laundry trolley parked in our hallway which we needed to squeeze past

breakfast was very good and dinner was exceptional, staff cannot do enough for you would highly

i arrived at the hotel @ 11 am and had laundry i was hoping they could take

boutique hotel they did our laundry, book nail appointment, provided maps and

valet parking and ev charging was really helpful

at reception, to the beautiful room with the wonderful decor, the amazing food in the 'wig' bar and the fabulous
