very clean room, toilet and kitchen, reasonable price, good wifi and location to city center

the staff were amazing and couldn t have done more to help me i was able to gave room service so as not

the little swimming pool was great to lift the kids spirits after a long journey

the pool was lovely, has a nice afternoon dip and an early morning 7am dip

although there was a small con with my laundry initially someone forgot to send it to the laundrette this

perfect for keeping the kids entertained on one of the many rainy days during our visit and it has a consistent

the bar area is really contemporary and was buzzing on the saturday evening we visited and certainly

comfortable rooms, awesome food, nothing was too much trouble, cocktail bar staff knowledgeable

the fire door was blocked by laundry cages, and after this was reported they was still there sunday and monday

cleaness, not functioning ac and shower, late housekeeping, clothes failed to be sent for laundry

unfortunately this door was used for laundry delivery or something, we were woken early and they didn't seem

the corridors were noisy with kids shouting and running around - not hotels fault

dirty laundry was left outside someone's room for the duration of our stay

the room and with the window open it was extremely noisy during the night and especially when the laundry delivery

i arrived at 22:15 after a long day my room had not been cleaned and i found the dirty laundry of the previous

waiting for lift, three staff pushed in front with laundry and just left us standing

reception a gentleman came and assured me they were just black fluff something mixed up with the laundry

i did have a view of the laundry bins from one window but i just looked out of the other window instead

interrupted by either the air conditioning going off loudly every 10 minutes, or staff pushing laundry trolleys

pool was not available to use as 3rd party were taking their kids for swimming lessons and so could not use

wifi limited. no wifi in the rooms.swimming pool limited hours of use.

there were many seating areas for relaxing, the spa and gym facilities were the best we had been to for some

gym equipment for weight trainibg is a little old - it didn't detract from our holiday at all but i

value for money, extremely clean in all areas sauna, steam room, changing rooms, a well equipped gym

the spa facilities at the hotel were incredible, and the treatments offered were excellent

to dislike other than overcooked bacon at breakfast which is a shame as choice is excellent

nothing really, though parking can be a bit difficult at certain times.

only downside was the parking, but i understand there is a car park nearby

everything about our stay was perfect bar one thing

the spa is delightful and very relaxing and a real bonus was the heated outdoor pool was still open (end of
