everything good parking and location great welcome the laundry service

good stay and location, room was comfy and staff friendly, really nice to have laundry

the car parking was very good

breakfast was abundant and quite fancy, and the staff helped us in our quest of finding a good

breakfast was fantastic and big

piles of laundry left in the corridor. very tortuous route to get to our room

when we arrived after 4pm the passageway was still full of laundry from the previous nights guests

our family rooms was above the laundry and washing machines continued on until 9pm making the floors vibrate

housekeeping team kept the rooms clean, but there were bags of laundry, rubbish and cleaning materials left

hotel, friendly staff,excellent location, great bar meals and breakfast and best of all dog

dinner - (6 course) and breakfast both excellent

we thought it is strictly jacket for man, and we would prefer to be separated from families with kids as much

kids eating off a coffee table not ideal and strange mix of elderly couples clearly displeased at

would suggest that it may be an option to offer salmon options at breakfast not cured in alcohol for

had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff were very accommodating and let us have an early check in as well

room with lots of games and books for the family and wifi so everyone happy

it was great to have a restaurant on site and that parking was provided

there is a lounge room with a library, perfect for a drink, and there is even toys for kids

minor niggle, wifi bit intermittent.. but good 4g

was cool driving straight off the ferry into the inn s parking lot

laundry in the lodge was exactly what we needed mid-trip to wash, relax, drink, and reset ourselves

the outdoor spa was heaven

in suite dining for breakfast and dinner with

truly a unique experience, as it is a renovated castle / mansion with only 5 huge suites and breakfast / dinner

the building, the furnishings, the wood burner and a fully stocked kitchen

check in time was delayed due to lack of laundry

good free wifi

it was really cold despite having the heating on. the wifi didn t work.

the hotel and restaurant was quaint and stylish and the old ferry bar was cosy and welcoming

the location the cosy bar the room was quaint and looked on to the water food was

restaurant and bar food was excellent - compliments to the chef

location, very large rooms, beautiful views and the indoor pool was perfect for the kids to unwind after spending

there was ample parking on site and plenty of space to walk our small pooch

the bar is very inviting and cosy

and our kids had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place

wifi in our room was very limited, but it was better in the main communal areas downstairs though

wifi signal in my room was not good during stay.
