laundry in the lodge was exactly what we needed mid-trip to wash, relax, drink, and reset ourselves

in suite dining for breakfast and dinner with

staff were fabulous, the breakfast too

our breakfast and lunch very good , delicious

the kitchen is filled with snacks, refreshments and ready made foods in case one prefers a night in

check in time was delayed due to lack of laundry

the kitchen itself was absolutely staggering

friendly staff, lovely location, exceptional food and drink. clean rooms ample parking.

we tried a fair few gins in the well stocked bar and enjoyed one of the finest meals ive had for a long time

restaurant and bar food was excellent - compliments to the chef

wifi connection was bad inside the room but still ok

the food was lovely and the restaurant and bar views were out of this world

we really struggled to find a time when the pool wasn t full of shrieking kids, which is a shame as it is a

should expect as much from a remote location, but wifi was infrequent at best

the restaurant / bar had a suprisingly good choice of food on the menu (including kids menu)

we enjoyed it, dogs, kids and all

not a luxury property but was our favourite on this trip comfy warm room, good guest lounge super bar with

pet friendly also

off-street parking was available, although a little tight, as they had a full house

lots of choice hot/cold items for breakfast and the bar although small is well stocked with local brews ud8

housekeeping team kept the rooms clean, but there were bags of laundry, rubbish and cleaning materials left

our family rooms was above the laundry and washing machines continued on until 9pm making the floors vibrate

piles of laundry left in the corridor. very tortuous route to get to our room

when we arrived after 4pm the passageway was still full of laundry from the previous nights guests

think the menu could be expanded slightly, saying that they made the kids things that weren’t on the menu that

we thought it is strictly jacket for man, and we would prefer to be separated from families with kids as much

kids eating off a coffee table not ideal and strange mix of elderly couples clearly displeased at

the dinner presentation is exciting together with a lovely breakfast

had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff were very accommodating and let us have an early check in as well

, the staff were superb nothing was to much trouble and so friendly and welcoming, we got room service outstanding

there is plenty of parking

the bar is very inviting and cosy

and our kids had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place

wifi in our room was very limited, but it was better in the main communal areas downstairs though

wifi signal in my room was not good during stay.
