the hotel is very family-oriented and we don’t have kids so we left the pool to the families

check in time was delayed due to lack of laundry

group of friends, six, joined me for evening dinner in the hotel bar which we all enjoyed especially the fish

the wine he suggested was amazing and the breakfast was also very good

breakfast was not great, think they needed to organise things a little better, by putting basics on

the wifi was an issue only because we had to rely on it for our covid test in order to return to the us

it was great to have a restaurant on site and that parking was provided

the bar area has been given a makeover and it is lovely and bright

laundry in the lodge was exactly what we needed mid-trip to wash, relax, drink, and reset ourselves

staff were fabulous, the breakfast too

dinner experience in the room absolutely fantastic, dinner and breakfast were both perfect (merci au chef

room / suites with full kitchen areas, hot tubs, log burners and more

the breakfast pack was lovely and the lodge itself had everything we could have wanted

housekeeping team kept the rooms clean, but there were bags of laundry, rubbish and cleaning materials left

our family rooms was above the laundry and washing machines continued on until 9pm making the floors vibrate

piles of laundry left in the corridor. very tortuous route to get to our room

when we arrived after 4pm the passageway was still full of laundry from the previous nights guests

think the menu could be expanded slightly, saying that they made the kids things that weren’t on the menu that

we thought it is strictly jacket for man, and we would prefer to be separated from families with kids as much

kids eating off a coffee table not ideal and strange mix of elderly couples clearly displeased at

the dinner presentation is exciting together with a lovely breakfast

had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff were very accommodating and let us have an early check in as well

, the staff were superb nothing was to much trouble and so friendly and welcoming, we got room service outstanding

there is plenty of parking

the bar is very inviting and cosy

and our kids had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place

wifi in our room was very limited, but it was better in the main communal areas downstairs though

wifi signal in my room was not good during stay.
