pool was closed due to recent storm damage from a tornado

we had to get refund for those two night and had to find somewhere else to stay with kids at 10:30p

very clean parking was plentiful

trailer and atv were stolen from the parking lot and what a coincidence the cameras lost signal that night for

breakfast was hot and plentiful

wifi not very good

did not use wifi although was available

very friendly and accommodating staff, fully explaining all benefits of stay (breakfast, wifi, etc)

laundry mat dryers on the property had to be paid multiple times to dry clothes completely

swimming pool was very cold.

clean, comfortable friendly staff and pet friendly.

the pool looked really nice too and they have a spa

pool closes at 9, most we stay at closes at 10p

it was very affordable and the breakfast was really good! pool was perfect, as was the hot tub!

i had to shake off my items outside and do laundry to get rid of the ants

large group allowing kids to run and scream up and down halls

kids enjoyed swimming almost everyday but the last 2 days they closed the pool and said it needed

hot breakfast & pool online but they were closed due to covid

also the front desk ran out of change for the laundry machine

the parking lot was well lit

really small gym with too hogh temp and too high humidity

came back after my son s wedding around 11:00 pm and i had a hard time finding a parking spot

pool was filthy nasty, mattress was hard, showers need more water pressure and extended shower

the beds were comfortable. great breakfast

also, the pool towels were the size of a hand towel which made it difficult to dry off

the curtain was too sheer, letting in too much light from the parking lot at night

breakfast had a large selection and was very good

trashes outside & laundry room was full

i asked for a late checkout to finish up some laundry

on the ceiling and all around the bathtub the only guy that was there didn't have the key to the laundry so we

also being able to do my laundry onsite was very helpful

pool does not open until 10am and check out is at 11

the staff lied about room service

the beds were comfortable,the facility was clean and the breakfast was delicious

pool was out of order, was not informed til after checking in, that was one of the reasons we

a room for a spa tub executive suite, upon arrival was told they do not offer those rooms and that booking

guest laundry facility was down.

the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the complementary, full breakfast.

visited the gaylord for a gymnastics competition

we ended up with great parking spots everytime we left the hotel and came back

i like everything and breakfast was really good my kids enjoy it

that can t be utilized because the property doesn t have what it takes, coin operated laundry during a coin
