on site laundry is super convenient

room was right above the laundry area; difficult to fall asleep. very noisy;

everything was immaculate including the pool area

the staff, the gym,the breakfast and the room were all excellent!

location and facilities . nice common area . bonus was the laundry and communal large fridge.

there s even a shuttle bus that stops in the parking lot to lincoln peak

a terrific restaurant and bar - not overpriced

table for dinner was right by the kitchen which was a busy traffic area for servers and bussers and conversation

air conditioner was too noisy. dining room and bar had a musty smell

was very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, i did not use the pool or gym but it was great

i just wish families would be booked first level so kids running around wouldnt be heard by second floor

the amenities (gym, pool) were good and they tried to create some lovely spots around the hotel

only complaint was that we requested a room on the first floor so our kids wouldnt make noise above someone else

the elevator was noisy and scared the kids

was mostly great, but there was someone else s clothes in the laundry basket in the closet, so it was clear

didn't have coins for the laundry - had to go to a laundromat

i requested a late check out due to my son being a rook (cadet) at norwich university and they accommodated
