perfect location, peaceful and quiet with adequate parking

of parking, easy to check in, good room size, lovely location with plenty of dog walks nearby,

my room was on first floor and above delivery entrance so i was disturbed by catering and laundry trucks

and the noise from laundry delivery which occurred every day

sue was so understanding of my situation of not being able to get laundry done that she washed and dried my

chose the redcliffe due to it being 'pet friendly' and so close to the beach

all meals were delicious from breakfast to dinner

was upgraded to a suite which was excellent the evening meal was superb followed by a delicious breakfast all

the bar area had the atmosphere of a funeral parlour

both me and partner were very itchy in bed, i couldn t see any bugs so possibly the laundry detergent

not adjust the temperature of the bathroom towel radiator which made the room very hot, wifi not good reception

pool facilities great, best sauna i ve ever used

no air conditioning in rooms or gym.

this place is not pet friendly at all, we had to lock our puppy to the room , he was not

of laundry were left in the corridor which spoilt the ambience

expensive for a hotel with no pool or spa, but did the job

surprising that wifi is not available in room and that there is no room safe

if travelling with babies or kids or even need cold drinks yourself you ll need to find a different way

the lift had laundry in so we had to carry our cases down the stairs

would have loved a choice of muesli for breakfast instead of rice crispies!
